Job Requirements

·       Minimum 15 years in cost management for international projects, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.

·       Proven experience in cost control for large-scale building projects in Myanmar, from tender stage through to execution, is strongly preferred

·       Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage

·       Expertise in international engineering measurement and valuation, with strong contract management and risk control capabilities’ Requirements ;
