Job Description

·       Review and approve pole design drawings, structural calculations, and construction methodologies.

·       Conduct site surveys, and technical assessments for pole installation feasibility.

·       Plan and monitor pole construction activities according to projects schedule and plan.

·       Supervise on-site works to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and SOPs.

·       Ensure implementation of HSE requirements during construction activities.

·       Conduct inspections, site audits, and acceptance checks (pre-,during-, and post - construction.

·       Prepare and review technical documents including WBS, SOPs, method statements, and as-built drawings.

·       Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, and site handover records.

·       Coordinate with government authorities, utilities, and third-party stakeholders as required.

·       Support Vendor evaluation, technical clarification, and performance monitoring.
