Job Responsibilities

- Manage machine maintenance, checking the machine safety, repairing work to smoothen the daily production.

- Maintain ISO Standards, High Pressure Compressor, Screw Compressor, Air dryer, Air Filtration System, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Conveyor System, etc.

- Supervision the electrical engineers, outside contractors and planning the monthly and yearly maintenance schedule.

- Inspection and maintain the electrical equipment such as motorized control damper, pumps control, fan motors, HVAC system, furnace, conveyor control machines, Scada control system and PLCs control, Hydraulic system (Grate and feeder control).

- Service and recovery of Switchgears and Sub-station control, Synchronization of Generator control system and Turbine control system.

- Perform Electrical and operation work promptly and technically cooperated with colleagues.

- Troubleshooting and installation the electrical devices and controls such as AC & DC drives, motor controllers and low voltage control panels.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Engineering or related Diploma

- Minimum 5 years of same working experience with good managerial skills.

- Sound knowledge and understanding of safety regulations and policies.
- Must have knowledge of various safety management systems.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

- Experienced in Troubleshooting High and Low Voltage switch gear panels, VCB, ACB, ATS, Capacitor bank and UPS (AC and DC) control system.
