Job Description
- Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, vehicles, building, etc.
- Organize events, meetings, conferences, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements
- Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
- Liaison and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office
Job Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant or in other secretarial position
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads
- Good collaboration skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Be able to communicate in English/Japanese
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
