Job Description

  • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, vehicles, building, etc.
  • Organize events, meetings, conferences, travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements
  • Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
  • Liaison and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office 

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads
  • Good collaboration skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
  • Be able to communicate in English/Japanese
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
